If you are interested in submitting a new policy to CSAWCC or proposing a policy amendment to CSAWCC for consideration, please download and complete the form below for the policy change you wish to submit. Once the form is complete, please email it to ceo@csawcc-cccfsa.ca.

All other proposed items for discussion at the AGM may be emailed as set out in the notice as no form is required.
