The Canadian South Asian Women's Chamber of Commerce 2024 AGM will take place online on 18 March 2024 at 6:30pm EST.
This event is one of the most significant opportunities for business leaders from across the province to come together to network with peers, debate policy issues important to the South Asian Women business community, and shape our advocacy agenda for the year ahead.
All registered members of CSAWCC are able to attend with voting power. This years AGM is not open to the public.

Nomination of Directors and Officers
Any member in good standing may submit a nomination for a Director Position or Officer of the board position. Current open positions include Board Chairperson; and Board Vice-Chairperson. Nominations may be directed to the Nominating and Governance Committee via email at board@csawcc-cccfsa.ca.
The nomination period will close on 17 February 2024.
Following submission, your nomination will be considered by the Committee. You will be notified if you are a successful candidate.
Proposal and Amendment Submission Deadline
All General or Corporate Members, subject to limitations imposed by the by-laws, may submit a proposal to the Corporation, to the attention of the President, to discuss any matter it wishes at an Annual Meeting.
If you wish to submit any proposals or amendments for any CSAWCC Policy or documents to this AGM, they must be sent to ceo@csawcc-cccfsa.ca by 17 February 2023 at 6pm EST. Any submissions after this date will not be listed on the official Agenda and will be subject to a floor vote for discussion.
A template for policy proposals and amendments may be accessed via csawcc.ca/agm/templates. All other proposals if not policy-related may be submitted via email.
